Dr. Ryan Neinstein is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. After obtaining his bachelor of science with honors in genetics at The University of Western Ontario, he went on to obtain his Doctor of Medicine at the same institution. Dr. Neinstein spent time volunteering as a medic in Israel while an undergraduate student. His affinity towards science along with his interest in helping others drove him into medicine. While in medical school Dr. Neinstein became enamored with surgery and how technical mastery can deliver such dramatic and fulfilling results to the patient. His dedicated time to improving the field was rewarded with the Best Paper Award at the 2011 American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery Meeting. The goal of that research project was to improve outcomes for women undergoing breast reconstruction after breast cancer.
Dr. Neinstein believes plastic surgery allows women to become empowered by exercising their options to make themselves look and feel better.
Two of the (not so secret) keys to maintaining young looks and having a great quality of life is achieved by eating healthy and staying fit. Beyond that there are many other additional options to consider such as genetically engineered foods, stem cells, hormone replacement therapy, surgery, and more. These choices should not be taken lightly, but the information and research is available to those who are curious. Come check out the latest trends in this talk on staying young, and learn about all the options available.
